Yogafitness Flow is a yoga class that is fun, energetic and makes you feel amazing.
We start with a warm up that gets the whole body moving and the blood pumping, We flow through a series of sun salutations that focus on core strengthening and then finish with some challenging balance and leg strengthening poses. This 30 minute class is super effective and a lot of fun!
