I really did not have a clue until I started peri-menopause. I was the bomb at 40. Then 41 hit, and I started to gain weight. All my tools did not seem to work.
I realized that my progesterone and estrogen were dropping and my body was changing due to that drop. I needed a few different tweaks to help my body lose the belly fat and reduce the inflammation that I was experiencing. My body type did not fit into the mold -eat less exercise more.
It was when I started to change my portions of food, focus on meal timing and intermittent fasting over night, the weight started to drop.
I was successful in losing the 10lbs and I have managed to keep it off for over 3 years now!

3 - 30 minute individual coaching calls to cover meal planning, meal timing, movement, stress management techniques plus going over your symptoms so I can offer supportive approaches to managing those symptoms as estrogen and progesterone have taken a decline.
