I was doing it wrong

At 40, life was great, and I thought I had it all figured out. But then, seemingly out of nowhere, 41 arrived, and my world took an unexpected turn. The weight started creeping up, stubbornly clinging to your belly, defying all the strategies and tools that had worked so well before.

Little did I know, this change was rooted in the hormonal shifts of peri-menopause. As my progesterone and estrogen levels declined, my body underwent a transformation. Suddenly, the tried-and-true methods of "eat less, exercise more" didn't yield the same results.

I’ve discovered that balancing our hormones isn’t just about what we eat.

It was at this moment that I realized I needed a holistic approach to reclaim control over my body. I sought out various health practices that would address the underlying causes of my weight gain and inflammation.

Today, I'm thrilled to share with you the very practices and techniques that have transformed my life, plus over 100 of women that I have worked with. Meal timing, correct portions of nutrients, intermittent fasting, daily movement and stress management.

Group Coaching/Support

1 -30 minute group coaching lesson per week through Zoom. Coaching calls will be recorded so you can watch the replay as well.

Individual Coaching Support

3 - 30 minute individual coaching calls to cover meal planning, meal timing, movement, stress management techniques plus going over your symptoms so I can offer supportive approaches to managing those symptoms as estrogen and progesterone have taken a decline.

Online Exercise Programs

Incorporate movement by doing a prerecorded exercise classes.
